Two Local Award Winning Chefs Go Head to Head…

We are back!! Join us on Sunday, February 28th for the “After Hours Supper Club” meeting at Pisces Rising! This epic, late night event will feature two local chefs battling it out in the open kitchen in an old fashion knife fight. The two chefs are secret ingredients which must be present in their dish, which is then given to a panel of judges to decide the winner! The judging panels welcomes past contestant Christopher Robb Murray and winner of the first chef battle, Ben Yancey. Enjoy drink and food specials throughout the night, as well as a special discount for those in the hospitality business. Brandon Parker Harris will be providing live entertainment for the evening.

Clemente graduated high school in 2001. That same year he went right into his passion at Lake Tech Center. In 2004, Clemente began attending the Orlando Culinary Academy. Chef Rodriguez has an impressive resume that reflects his culinary journey to where he is today at Mary’s Kountry Kitchen as Head Chef. He has worked at the following resturants: Shoney’s, Dixie Crossroads, Country Club Of Mt. Dora, Sunshine Mountain Baker, Pisces Rising, Sugar Plum Fairy Bakery and Cafe, El Brazero, A Third Place, Liam’s Fitzpatrick, Goblin Market, Lake Side Inn, Waterman Village, Culinary Instructor, Osprey Lodge Assisted Living, Mary’s Kountry Kitchen.
