"Beyond, absolutely beyond. Chris is amazing and honestly one of the best parts of the entire day. My now husband is Haitian, and I am Italian, so we came to Chris and team with some abnormal requests for our food. Chris and team took them and ran with them in the best way. They allowed us to bring our own ingredients to make a specific Haitian Dish and they made it perfectly. Truly everyone on my husband's side was shocked we were able to have that food at the wedding, and for it to taste they way it should. Chris eased our concerns, and the food was amazing. You always wonder if the food from the tasting will be as good mass produced to a larger group and it was. There was not one food item that didn't get glowing reviews. Food is so important to a wedding, and Chris and team are professionals and the food was fantastic. Look no further."

"Do not hesitate to hire Pisces Rising for any or ALL wedding/catering events! We had dinner one night while visit our venue, and I had to ask if they catered - come to find out they are a preferred vendor at our venue. We were sold - Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Night, Sunday Brunch...Pisces did it all. Not to mention, they absolutely OVER delivered!! Working with Joshua and Mary was a wonderful experience, and they exceeded our expectations. It is still they talk of our wedding, how we pulled off such incredible food, variety, charcuterie, and a killer warm pretzel late night snack. Highly, highly recommend Pisces for all events, and we already can't wait to go back! We are both very healthy eaters & also big foodies, and they did not blink an eye with any of our requests and recommendations. Everything was customizable, unmatched customer service and affordable. "Pisces Rising deserves six stars! From the moment we spoke to Mary Catherine about the possibility of having them cater our wedding- we knew we were sold. This was before we even tasted the food! The tasting they provided to at the restaurant made us feel like VIP's and was the most memorable part of our wedding planning. The day of the event I knew there was nothing to worry about. They showed up early and were ready to go for the event. All staff were friendly and happy to help our guests. In my opinion they are not charging enough for the quality of food they provide. Our guests were wowed by how tasty everything was. If you hire good people you will have no stress on your big day- enough said!"

"People are STILL talking about how incredible our food was at our wedding and are consistently asking me the directions to get to Pisces Rising so they can go there to have another meal by them! Not only was the food from Pisces absolutely the BEST, but Chris was so wonderful and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. When we did our initial tasting at Pisces, Chris has the table set up with flowers and a menu, presenting it because he wanted us to truly get the full effect. Chris truly pours his heart and soul into what he does. I also will admit that I am a super type A person and also follow a strict vegan diet- Chris not only answered my BILLIONS of questions, but also reassured me that this was OUR day and the entire restaurant did everything to make sure we had everything we wanted, including modifying one of their appetizers to make it a handheld option for our cocktail hour for those of us with dietary restrictions as well as paying special attention to any allergies and making sure everyone was getting the correct meal. Chris was friendly, super responsive, organized, and just so so caring. It's wonderful to find incredible food, but when you have people talking about both how wonderful the food was but also how wonderful the people are, you know you've found the perfect place! I feel like it's very difficult to get the same taste from catering as you do in an actual restaurant, but Pisces does it!! I could not recommend anywhere more!"

"The staff of Pisces rising worked with us through every step of our wedding planning and day and made sure to get everything absolutely right. We had last-minute changes, special requests, and a packed schedule for our big day but Pisces never missed a beat. Joshua Jungferman personally sat down with us to decide on menus, understand our plan for the day, and show us how to succeed in that plan. The food was amazing, but the dedication this whole team put into our event went way above and beyond. We really could not recommend Pisces Rising strongly enough for catering a special event. We got married at Sydonie Mansion. For future couples getting married there considering catering options, know that Pisces Rising will not disappoint!! Everyone complimented the food all night, and the service was flawless. There was never a line at the bar, and every guest was taken care of all evening."
